Happy to stay again
We enjoyed the location, having a view of the ocean, (albeit through buildings) and being able to go for walks along the beach. The location near the Seacliff Surf Life saving club and Yacht club meant good access to reasonably priced food but also a lot of traffic, but the unit seemed well protected from the noise. The location was also convenient to attend a family event at Brighton. We’d be happy to stay here again.

August Trip
This is a lovely little property with everything you would want for a short stay. Nice and close to the beach and pubs, cafes & restaurants are close by. We enjoyed our stay 😊

A lovely seaside apartment
This apartment is in a fantastic location, it is very well appointed and has everything you need. Shirley is a warm and welcoming host who ensures that her guests are comfortable and have all the local knowledge regarding places to eat, shop and sightseeing to enjoy their stay.

The property was well appointed & very clean. Host was very approachable & helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in this location. The photos are a little misleading in that the view of the sea is limited. However it is just a short 50 metre walk to the sea & a beautiful swimming beach.

Bella Vista 2 was an exceptional property. I stayed for 6 nights for a work trip. It is a 15 minute drive (in traffic) to Flinders University and Flinders Hospital. With a view of the ocean, it is the perfect spot to retreat at the end of a busy work day. The host Shirley was fantastic and made sure all of our needs were met. The kitchen was ideal for a longer trip and the lounge area was spacious. The location of the property is in a quieter beachfront area, moments from the water and the Seacliff Life Saving Club. Beautiful walking tracks snake along the seafront. The accomodation is in a prime location with plenty of options on Uber Eats. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. A magic little getaway.

Nice place, good location
Great location for beach access Unit has all basic requirements covered I was using the week away to catch up on sleep... and during the day, it can be a bit noisy - that was the only slight drawback.

Perfect little getaway

Weekend retreat
We absolutely loved this property. It was everything it said it was online. It was clean, quiet, fresh and the location was superb. The beach was amazing, and every wo/man and their dogs were out and about enjoying the wonderful weather. Shirley is very friendly and helpful. The early check in was most appreciated and the local knowledge Shirley shared was also wonderful. We can definately highly recomend this property and will be back for sure.

Absolutely superb! Everything there, even beautiful dishes to entertain relatives staying nearby. So quiet, clean and comfortable - owners helpful and welcoming. The 7 nights we stayed were all perfect.

Like a boutique hotel!
Shirley has made sure everything is provided for in her beautiful and spotless seaside apartment located right on the edge of metropolitan Adelaide making (with offstreet parking) for easy access to the McLaren Vale wine region. It’s a pretty little place, perfect for a couple and up to 2 kids with the fold out couch. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much as we were out most days, it’s very well appointed with all the basics. Best of all, we loved the thick plush bath towels. Also the fact that she’s considered the environment by doing away with those horrible tiny shampoo etc bottles & offered good quality toiletry items. Thanks Shirley!

Perfect for two after a day exploring.
Perfect size for my partner and I on our 5 day SA. Adventure from Brisbane just needing a central base to call home at night during our stay . Super comfy and clean and close to everything especially the afternoon sunset with a 20 m walk to the sand . Easy driving to all great tourist spots and spoiled for choice with plenty of dinning options even most of all after a long day when the sun goes down at 8 pm you can’t go past Uber Eats . Absolutely perfect!
Property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and perfect location. Shirley made checking in so easy. Shirley and her husband were so friendly and accomodating and maintain the property beautifully. Amazing location so close to beach, cafes, shops, etc. Property had everything you need for the perfect stay! So clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to return😀

Great pad with views
Lovely pad with great kitchen facilities. Close to the beach with great sunsets. Owners are very friendly. Even has camp chairs and umbrella for the beach 🏖

Great property in a great location.
The apartment was modern and bright and very well equipped with everything we needed for a 6 night stay. The location was great and it was lovely to sit outside for breakfast with views (partial) of the ocean. Shirley is very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and things to do. The cliff walk she told us about is a must, it was beautiful. The Thai restaurant in Brighton was excellent. The Surf Club opposite was very disappointing, expensive for what it was and not very welcoming. We had a lovely time and if we were ever in the area again we would definitely rent from Shirley.

Stunning location!
Staying at Bella Vista 2 was fantastic. A fantastic location close to great cafes and stunning walking tracks. Shirley was a great host always making sure we were comfortable and happy. It was my home away from home.

Seafront at your door step
The owners were lovely, helpful and very friendly. The unit was immaculate and had a very comfy bed. Didn't have an oven but had cooktop, kettle, coffee machine etc and a washing machine. Local surf club for meals across the road, cafes and pub just a short stroll away. The only negative thing about the unit, was that it didn't appear to have any insulation especially the floor, and as it is one space for lounge and bedroom, we found it very loud and echoed.

Highly recommend.
Lovely clean and comfortable unit , fantastic location . Easy access to get to the Flinders Hospital or Marion shopping centre , we were able to walk 50 metres to the surf life saving club for a great meal for dinner and then just a 30 metre walk to the yacht club for breakfast the next morning. You can also have an easy walk 500 metres along the beach to the local pub for a drink and a meal. Thank you Shirley , we will be back.

Hospital Recovery
We live in Alice Springs wife had to come to Adelaide for surgery, she was required to stay in Adelaide post surgery and we found this accommodation. We stayed 2 weeks and we LOVED the apartment and the location. Everything we needed was here with a VERY comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Being so close to the beach at Seacliff was an added bonus that helped with recovery....also very close by were supermarkets and restaurants. The owner could not have been more helpful and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Great location, facilities exceeded expectations!
What a great little apartment! Very clean and tidy with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Coffee machine and Netflix was a welcome bonus. Seacliff is a lovely, quiet spot. The view from the front door was amazing and loved having the surf club across the road for a meal and nice coffee. We arrived fairly late on our first night and discovered the hot water was not working. A few messages to the owners daughter (with many apologies from her!) and it was promptly fixed the next morning. Nothing that could have been helped on their part but we were very grateful for the prompt reply and action! Will definitely rebook if we are back this way again.
