Rooms were large &well kept. Front desk person on arrival was very informative & helpful. Staff were very friendly when speaking to. Recommend this place.

We stayed six nights at this property and were very happy. It is located a 5 minute drive or 25min walk from the centre of beautiful Glenelg. There is a bus stop almost at the door from which you can travel into Adelaide and its attractions. Although the motel is on a busy road it was quiet at night for sleeping. The onsite pool was very welcome during a few hot days. The room was a reasonable size, clean, had a comfy bed and the shower was great. It was excellent value for money.

We were very happy with our overnight stay and the staff were very friendly. Thank you to Emma for helping us find somewhere to park our trailer on short notice. Everything was clean and tidy.

This was a great place to stay right from check in where the lady that checked me in was awesome she explained everything so well was very professional and helpful so good to have such great professional helpful people at the desk making you feel welcome a great job and the room I stayed in was beautiful and clean and easy to access.

Beautiful over the top, cheerful service, resident duck living on the pool cover. Unfortunately Pool wasn’t open, the breakfast wasn’t an option either. Stayed in room 16 was super cold. We worked out the air conditioning and became more comfortable windows open burnt curtain. Someone has been smoking there. Renovated bathroom, no water and you have to go downstairs to the vending machine to get some. No PowerPoint beside the bed, the bed was super super comfy slept well

As always this place was a great base for our 4 day stay in Glenelg. The staff as always were very accomodating as my wife has a disability. The room service breakfasts were an added bonus.

I was very disappointed with the misleading advertising of a buffet breakfast. My confirmation email and the website says breakfast buffet but if you go searching on another page entirely you will find it says continental. Basically this is false advertising. I kindly asked for a refund and provided my e-mail stating buffet breakfast. The manager refused. Our kids and i got no breakfast and paid the extra for it, due to dietary needs this breakfast was not ok for all of us. Not impressed with their lack of customer service.

Sorry you felt this way. As it was explained upon your arrival the breakfast clearly shows a continental breakfast for $10 per person , not a cooked buffet, so not sure how you come to the conclusion it`s false advertising. Due to covid restrictions which we explained fully to you we could not provide a cooked breakfast in our dining room as here in South Australia we are currently unable to have guests self serve themselves, hence continental only delivered to your room. Not once in our conversation did you mention special dietary needs. You were given the opportunity to hand in your breakfast menu to order that evening but you didn`t arrive back at the motel until 10.30pm which was past the the due time for breakfast menus to be handed in. This was your choice to have no breakfast.
