Breakfast and breakfast room were excellent - beautiful views over the valley. Didn't enjoy dinner in Martha's restaurant so much though. Short, fixed price menu of two or three courses - fine dining prices. Only one vegetarian option for each course - burrata and leaves for entree and a vegetarian pasta for...

"CABN Hahndorf is a beautiful concept and offers a peaceful escape in the Adelaide Hills. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, private, and perfect for a short digital-detox style getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was fantastic, and the bed and pillows were comfortable and good quality—although the cabin bed could have been a little warmer, especially on cooler nights. One minor issue was the window fly wire screen kept falling on us so we had to temporarily jam it with paper...

" Overall, the property was excellent but was let down by the lack of TV reception. Given that our visit was for the Gather Round Football, our plan was to watch many of the games on TV. However, that was not possible because of there being no satellite connection because of the cloud cover. It was a major disappointment and as a result we had very little leisure time at the property. The property is advertised as family accommodation, so the TV coverage issues need to be rectified."

"This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. "Es una sala de juegos con 14 habitaciones muy justas en el piso superior, no un hotel como tal. No hay recepcion, debes entrar en el casino. No hay ningun servicio (wi-fi, desayuno, recepcion, mini-bar...). Ruidoso, tanto por los coches del parking colindante como por la musica del casino, que cierra a las 3:00 am. Nada recomendable."

"Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter. Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision. Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...
