"At the check-in they would first not recognise my pin number. I tried twice, and then a woman from the office came and told the staff that the transaction had to be done manually. The next morning, they did not have a record of my free breakfast. I went upstairs to my room to get the Expedia confirmation, and then they rang me, and told me that I was entitled to the free breakfast. The room was nice and roomy. The grab-bars were well placed. The fridge was chock-a-block full with liquor, etc. I...

"Excellent staff across all areas, bathroom a bit dates, shower rose not very adjustable or useful, dated shower over bath and awkward to get in, great breakfast, in fact the best breakfast on any of my stays only downfall is you have to pay for coffee after expensive breakfast charge"
