A 5 Star Experience

This is a fabulous property that does what it says on the tin….and more. The house is positioned on a hill within a gated community which is very quiet. The views are special and does real justice when the sun sets. The house has absolutely everything you’ll ever need, the beds are comfortable and there is lots of space both inside and outside the house. It also has the warmest swimming pool we’ve ever encountered. Despite a hiccup at not expecting us at the property, Wim who manages the property, sorted it out promptly and this did not detract in any way from the quality of our holiday. It’s a 10/15 mins walk to the port/beach all downhill (taxis are about 5 if you don’t want the uphill return walk) where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. While there is nothing close to the house, there are supermarkets and shops within a 5 min walk. Also Sian Park is walkable within 15 mins. This is a 5 star house and we would recommend to anyone wishing to holiday in the Costs Adeje area.

The property was ideal for us as a family of 6. It was spacious and very well appointed with lots of outdoor space and seating. Wim the property Manager was excellent in every respect. He was so helpful. We were able to drop our luggage when we arrived early and collect it later when had a late flight home. The pool was the warmest we have experienced and although we all loved it, the children were hardly out of it! Location was excellent, minutes from the sea and restaurants and shops and minutes from the water park. We had a fantastic holiday and we would happily re-book this villa.

We have just come back from this villa and all we can say is fantastic the owner was fantastic and Wim who looked after the villa and us I can’t speak highly enough of him we also had fantastic food and drink at a restaurant called bravo the views from the villa are spectacular we definitely would recommend anyone who enjoys all that and peace and quiet thank you again for letting us stay Dean , fleur & George xx

Lovely villa

The villa was ideal for our family. Really spacious and cool inside, so no need for the AC in April plus the kitchen was really well stocked. The outside area to the side was pleasant surprise, for barbecuing and lunch in the shade, plus the table tennis was great for the kids. The pool is a really good size and the sunbathing area has lovely views out to the sea and pretty much all day sun. The location was perfect for us. Just over 10 minute walk to Siam Park, 15 min to Siam Mall, 10 mins to La Pinta beach and 5 minutes to the nearest big supermarket. The restaurants on CC Safari in Las Americas are about 45 minute walk downhill along the coastal walkway, taxi back.

We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at Peter's lovely villa. The villa was beautiful and extremely clean. Wim was extremely helpful, friendly and a lovely positive presence. He went above and beyond helping me find a mobility scooter and do some jobs at the villa. Wim and the cleaning ladies worked very hard. The villa had everything you could need, including a lovely collection of books to read. The pool was lovely to swim in each day, with plenty of spots to choose from to sit in the sun or the shade to relax. Thank you very much, we highly recommend this villa.

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit super Service

Großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Liebevolle Einrichtung, gepflegt und mit zahlreichen Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt perfekt machen. Der Außenbereich bietet mehrere Sitzecken und schöne Bepflanzung, Grill, Tischtennisplatte. Der Pool ist sehr gut beheizt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber man ist trotzdem schnell zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen. Parken an der Straße ist kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Peter war schnell und reibungslos. Wäre das möglich, würden wir 6 Sterne an Wim vergeben, der uns empfangen und verabschiedet, und sich um den Pool und alle Fragen gekümmert hat. Das war spitze!

Lovely stay

Overall a lovely property with a fantastic view over Costa Adeje. We had a bit of trouble with the plumbing, clogged pipes but the property manager Wim was absolutely fantastic, he was happy to help wherever he could and cleared the issue within a few days, we couldn't fault him and he is a credit to the overseeing of the property.

Didnt want to leave!

Peters villa was absolutely perfect. The location on the hill was stunning, especially to watch the sun set over the sea & the sun rise over the mountains behind the villa. I have mobility issues so the hills and steps could have been a problem but happily, after the initial stairway in, everything was on ground level for me and the sun improved my symptoms so i honestly did not want to come home! My 19 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son, both bought their partners and enjoyed the location of the villa being close to local pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. They also ventured out to Veronica's Strip one night which was a short and cheap taxi ride. The villas pool, in that beautiful weather, was the ideal place to recuperate and recharge. We met Jackie the cleaner our first day and she was lovely. The villa was immaculate. Wim the caretaker went over and above. He was always available to talk too and at the villa within an hour to help me on a couple of occassions. I embarrassingly got him round for continued beeping from what i thought was the dishwasher, only to discover it was the pan on the hob causing the beep. He couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful, organising our taxi ride back to the airport for 2.30am, he absolutely made our holiday. We are planning to book again for an annual trip. 100% recommend.

Nice villa and a good stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Nice space and had good facilities. Great view. Table tennis great. BBQ. Outside space etc. The check in and check out process wasn’t great though. Despite providing our flight number, when we landed and I got signal, I was told off for not messaging that our flight was delayed. I explained we had sat on a plane on the tarmac for 80 minutes with no ability to use the phone and we provided flight details. We had an apology that our villa manager was hungry. On checkout day, the villa manager turned up just before 10am and said we had to leave immediately. When I said that checkout was 11am he said this wasn’t possible and insisted we leave immediately because they had to clean. After repeated argument I showed him the checkout time. I actually told him he was ruining our last morning. He apologised and left so we could finish organising ourselves as a family. The check in and check out process just left a bad taste. The owner of the villa would benefit from having some better processes.

Wonderful holiday

Beautiful villa, great location, lovely pool, fast wifi, clear instructions from the owner Peter. Many thanks to Wim the gardener who also looked after the pool who was really friendly and helpful. Seriously thinking of coming back. Highly recommended.

Spacious villa with outstanding views

Four friends stayed for a week. Villa well equipped, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Short walk into town and beach. Wim was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and kind. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely return.

Flott velfungerende villa

Velfungerende villa med fin beliggenhet. Det var god plass til 6 voksne mennesker. Huset er meget godt tilrettelagt for en vellykket ferie og inneholder alt dere trenger for et supert opphold. Flott beliggenhet litt opp åsen i et stille og rolig område. Kun 5-10 minutter å gå til alt dere trenger av butikker og strand og marina/restauranter. Nydelig utsikt til havet og flotte solforhold. Innbydende og velfungerende bassengområde. Mr. Wim tar dere imot med et stort smil ved ankomst. Han er meget hjelpsom. Meget god oppfølging på mail av eieren Peter før avreise med all info dere trenger. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Tusden takk for oss.

A wonderful home from home

The villa exceeded all our expectations. It feels very homely and it is extremely well equipped. We also really enjoyed the location and beautful views. Finally Wim, the house manager provided friendly and very helpful service at all times and is a real asset when staying here. We are all keen to return.

Wonderful Villa

Spent an excellent week at this Villa, everything was as described. Beds comfy, showers good, pool area was excellent for lounging with amazing views right across to La Gomera. It can be a challenge walking up to the Villa from sea level but two of our party managed it and were over 70. Taxis were cheap and plentiful so not a problem. Thanks again for the stay and would love to return in the near future.

Fab villa!

My family & I visited Peters villa for a birthday celebration and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the sun! We had great support from the property manager Wim who was available for any questions or problems. The villa is in a great location, not too far of a walk from the shops/restaurants but far enough away that it's lovely and quiet during the day. Only a short walk from Siam park too which was a fab day out! Would definitely return to Peters villa and would recommend to family/friends for a trip to Costa Adeje. Thank you for a great stay!
