Fabulous property, everything you could need for self catering apartment. On a lovely complex, great pool, the pool snack bar was fantastic! Quieter area, couple of shops within walking distance up the hill, some great restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Easy to drive to the busier areas of Costa Adeje - I personally loved that we were staying in a quieter part! Easy to drive to attractions, waterparks, go karting, beaches etc. Loved it!

Leuke plek

Het verblijf is goed bevallen. Bij aankomst werden we prettig ontvangen door Irene. Mooie park waar de kinderen zich goed konden vermaken in de zwembaden en met een leuke poolbar. Woning is ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden, ook de grote vriezer was erg fijn en we konden er prima zelf koken. Rustig gelegen, maar met een auto zijn veel leuke plekken te bezoeken op korte afstand. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Friends and family

I stayed for 14 days with two of my friend's and our wife's. If you're looking for a quiet place with great pool area then this is a good choice. If you're looking for 4 or 5 star accommodation I would keep looking. The accommodation is very secure and nice but the apartment we stayed in could use some face-lift, the showers were a bit worn-out and the sofa in the living room was not good. Apart from that it was ok.

Great complex

We loved it! Apartment was lovely and spacious, comfy and clean. Communication through the property manager was excellent and she even helped us order a taxi when our attempt failed! The apartment complex was fantastic with an amazing pool bar / restaurant which serves very nice food, cocktails, etc - all at a very reasonable price. The apartment was only 60 seconds from the pool and bar area. I would definitely return here again!

Lovely Apartment and Complex

Had a lovely week here with my family. The kids loved the pools. The pool bar was great, food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The surrounding area is fairly quiet, with a couple of restaurants a 5 minute walk away, we tried the Italian and Steak house both were very good. There are some further restaurants and bars about a 20 minute walk away. Taxis are easy to get but you need to call them. Bus stop is just down the road which will take you to los Christinos where it’s is much busier. We liked the quite location with the option to go to busier areas, it meant a great nights sleep was guaranteed! The host lived next door, they were really lovely and helpful.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Wir kannten die Anlage bereits aus 2016, allerdings noch nicht das konkrete Appartment. Dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist durch das abgeschlossene Tor nur 20m entfernt die Treppe hoch. Das ganze Areal ist per Wachdienst und Kameras sicher. Die Poolbar ist der Hammer und hat super Drinks und tolles, frisches Essen (wie wir auch schon 2016 erfahren durften, hat sich zum Glück nicht geändert). Die Betten sind nicht ideal, Zwei Betten sind Betten mit Metallgestell die quietschen, aber sehr gemütlich sind. Das dritte Bett ist sehr hart, für Kinder aber ok. 2 Schlafzimmer sind per Badezimmer verbunden, das dritte ist separiert. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder. Auch wenn Playa Paraiso mit dem Hard Rock Hotel und anderen langsam eine typische Hochburg für Pauschaltouristen geworden ist, so ist diese Appartmentlandschaft mit seinen Pools sehr ruhig und empfehlenswert. Tauchen in Playa San Juan kann ich zudem auch empfehlen, die besten Küstentauchgänge, die ich auf Teneriffa gemacht habe.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber der Strand war nicht zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben deshalb einen Auto gemietet. Abends gab es relativ laute Musik bis etwa 23:00 Uhr

Schöne Zeit in Teneriffa

Das Objekt sowie die Anlage sind gepflegt und liegen sehr idyllisch! Es hat uns an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Die Bar in der Anlage ist ist spitze und das für einen sehr fairen Preis. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Great Complex, Apartment not as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, though some things were not as shown in the listing. The complex is very nice, clean tidy and well maintained, but the apartment was not quite what we'd been led to believe in the listing. The pool area was good, but not all of the four pools were in action during our stay and the table football and pool table shown in the listing's pictures were not there, which disappointed my kids. The pool bar and restaurant was great with really good food which was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. Our apartment was OK, but we were disappointed that is was not as shown in the pictures. The listing stated 3 bedrooms and the pictures backed this up, however ours only had two bedrooms with the 3rd bed being in an alcove off the main room. This meant it could not be separated off from the main living area so this meant it seriously restricted the use of the main living/kitchen area when that person went to bed and this did have an impact on our enjoyment of the holiday. This was apartment 64, so please beware of that if you are expecting 3 bedrooms. Also, the pictures showed a different patio area than the one provided. Ours was much smaller and had just a view of a car park rather than the nice areas shown in the pictures. So in summary, a great complex, but please be aware what you see in the pictures regarding the apartment may not be what you get. The pictures seem to be made up of a mix of apartments and it is not clear what you will actually get.

Beautifully laid out complex with well maintained gardens and secure access.

There were seven of us in the one villa which was a reasonable size although one bed was a pull out sofa in the living room. Well equipped generally although we did need to ask for a couple of extra items which were delivered quite quickly. The complex itself is in Playa Paraíso and not Costa Adeje as we thought and a reasonable walk down a very steep hill to get to the local restaurants and shops which were okay with a good supermarket. Roca Negra at the bottom of the hill is great to have a drink and watch the sunset. We did hire a car for a few days in order to see a bit more of the island and get to some better beaches. A real surprise in the complex was the bar in the pool area which served great food until 9pm and fantastic cocktails. The three pools are great although not heated and quite cold initially. Any issues with extra bedding or other requests were dealt with quite quickly by Abraham who had met us on arrival and was easily contactable by phone. Really liked the complex and the villa although the bedding could do with an upgrade and a bit more thorough cleaning. Overall a good place to stay and reasonably priced.

Beautiful appartment and complex with a very environment

The bungalow complex is beautiful with several pools on different stages, spiry ways with cultivated garden and a very good pool bar/restaurant. The appartment is well equipped and we had a warm welcome from Carmen. The day after Carmen provided us with further technical equipment (toaster). Because the knew that germans like toasts. This was very kind, because we didn't ask for it. The complex has a friendly security team and you have a garage for your car. In the environment there are several pubs (for Bundesliga or Premier League) and good restaurants. We have enjoyed the stay here and we had a wonderful vacation. Thx we will come again...

Très bel appartement, situation idéale dans le complexe (près des piscines ) .Plutôt idéal pour 5 personnes ou 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Il y a 2 vraies chambres et une 3ème sans porte ni fenêtre (donne dabs le séjour ) . Les deux salles de bain sont idéales et la machine à laver est un plus appréciable! A recommander sans aucune hésitation !

superbes vacances

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances, appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé . Appartement et résidence très bien entretenue. Les photos son conformes à la réalité. La personne qui accueille est vraiment très gentille et disponible. Nous y retournerons surement.
