We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and you must notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. If a guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

The apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds. One of them has a full bathroom with a shower inside the room. It also has a fourth room, set up as a rest area with a sofa bed (designed for a small child). It has a second full bathroom with a shower next to the living room (where the washing machine is also located). It also has an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six people, living room with another sofa bed (for an adult) and SMART TV (It does not have normal channels. It works with WIFI).

There is FREE WIFI available to customers and air conditioning.

The apartment does not have a terrace or balcony. The views are to an interior patio, so despite being on the front line you cannot see the beach or the ocean, except in one of the rooms. It is in a building with an elevator. It does not have parking. Close to all necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, pubs and AFTERS (also nightlife within walking distance, LESS THAN 10 METERS). Guests should take into account when booking that due to the location of the accommodation (very central) there may be noise, both at night (from the pubs) and during the day from the shops.

Designed for young people or people who want to telework. Not recommended for older people and small children.
