A pergola is set off from the kitchen with dining facilities and a brick BBQ for dining alfresco with friends and family and there is plenty of space for sunbeds around your own private swimming pool.
The charming fishing village of La Caleta is on your doorstep to explore and for beach lovers Playa Enramada beach is only a 5 minutes’ walk away.
 Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path that's 90cm wide alongside a ramp. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 125cm wide. The terrace is flat and open, with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There is a small lip down to the pool, whilst the pool requires step access. The bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
