The staff at Blue nest were very polite and respectful in their interactions. The wifi was also good.
However, the hotel requires significant upgrades to make guest experience alot more pleasant. The rooms could do with painting.The bathroom was generally not in a good condition, particularly with how its structured. Bathroom windows need a curtain at the bearest minimum to ensure privacy (it almost felt as though people could be seeing me take my bath from their balconies due to the lack of curtains or blinds in the bathroom). Also, a shower in the bathrooms would be helpful as well as a curtain to divide the toilet area from the bathing area.
An incident happened during my stay that was appalling. The management of the hotel confiscated water I'd bought on the grounds that I'm only allowed to buy water sold at the hotel. Such actions are disingenuous, exploitative and unacceptable. I could only get my water back after confrontation with the management, two days after the water was originally confiscated. The hotel could also do a better job with communicating the time for breakfast, the inconsistencies was not helpful. Sometimes the breakfast was buffet style other times you had to order but none of this was communicated.
The elevator at the hotel is in pretty bad condition, I got stuck in it on two occasions.
Also, the fact that the hotel did not have a spare key for my room was very concerning.
