" This was such a wonderful, peaceful place to stay—exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "This is a wonderful property. We are a family of 4 and enjoyed the property's fishing hole and campfire area, and there were many wonderful birds in the area as well. It's off the beaten path, so you feel you have your own space, but it's really not far from groceries. Wifi works, TVs have Netflix as well. "Very well decorated and nice furniture, roomy, nice location traveling for a graduation. Mind you, my career has me look at every detail, but cleaning was not detailed enough. The baskets in the bathroom had dust in them, popcorn in the window sill, and the mattress was average. And could use some hooks in bathroom to hang towels. I would definitely stay again, very quaint."

"The smell of the cleaning chemicals is so strong it hits you soon as you walk in the lobby. It was like they were trying to mask smells with using so much. "It was like a little piece of Italy in Alabama! So cozy, clean, and welcoming :)The hiking was phenomenal! The full trail took us about 45 minutes and was comparable to ones we’ve gone on in the smokies. We loved exploring the property and going on a morning walk to see all the wildflowers sit next to the pond - it was so peaceful. And we also enjoyed trying out Hatters Cafe while we were in the area - a really unique place that was equally as yummy as it was interesting!! "
