We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot, rather than a person. While I stated my reason for travel as attending a funeral, the “owner” kept writing about having a great and amazing time. Anyway, the house was fine and the location great. The upstairs bedrooms are very small as is the bathroom, and the downstairs bedroom is lovely but getting there involves a steep staircase that can be tricky to navigate.
