Stayed in room 72 at the top of one of the towers, it was warm up there, and 10 mins later someone barged in and was checking if the room had been made up, it seemed to be so I sent her on her way, later I found a used towel that they did replaced, so I was not convinced it had been done thoroughly! , I paid on arrival including breakfast. next morning I went to breakfast and I was not showing on their list, but still managed to get it, indicating their processes are not the best. Next day I woke around 3am as it was warmish and decided to get up a leave to miss the traffic getting back to London, I left around 4am and notcied on reception there was a phone to call the night person, I did, and got a blunt 'sleepy' answer saying just leave your card there, despite the card having no reference to any room!, so I grabbed a piece of paper and pen from the counter and left my card and note given my room number, the chap that answered did not seem to care about my request for a receipt for my stay and said again 'sleepy' they will send an email with my receipt, and also as I left before breakfast, I did not have it for which I paid for on arrival, wonder if they will return this fee ! ummm
