Kindly note that Abu Dhabi has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at 6% of the total room rate. Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
PETS: All pets must be pre-approved and a payment request for the pet fee, and a refundable pet security deposit, will be sent after booking. Only house-trained cats and dogs allowed. Up to TWO pets allowed.

- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a AED500 fine.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at AED500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.
- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.
- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a AED100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.
- We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 4 guests with an extra guest fee of AED150/night per guest (with permission from host).
- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- No parties or events.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Please no food or drinks on the bed.
- Use all community amenities at your own risk.
- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you`re unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.
**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
