The flat for 2-4 persons is approx. 50 m2 in size and consists of: Separate entrance, cosy dining area with small flatscreen TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker with oven, toaster, kettle. 2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed (160cm) and 1x with 2 beds, cot and baby high chair are available free of charge if required. Shower/WC with hairdryer, storeroom, 2 terraces with marvellous view of the village and the mountains. Car park directly at the house. Bed linen, towels and tea towels, TV set - cable TV, WLAN, internet connection and car park are available free of charge.
This flat has two terraces with garden furniture and parasol. Swing for children is also available. Enjoy the marvellous view of the village, the mountains and the sunset from the terrace. With a bit of luck, you can also watch deer in the neighbouring meadow in the morning and evening.
Our house is situated on a small hill, so it is advisable to have snow chains in the car in case of heavy snowfall in winter. If you are travelling with small children, a cot and baby high chair are available. Children up to 2 years travel free of charge!
We live in a very central yet quiet location, as the road only leads to our neighbourhood and there are only a few houses here. There are hiking routes right on the doorstep. The centre, as well as ski lifts, cross-country ski runs, leisure facilities etc. can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 - 15 minutes. The Tennengau+ Card and the Mobility Card are free when you book. With these two cards there are various discounts, it is particularly interesting that you can explore popular excursion destinations in the area around Salzburg by bus and train free of charge. The ski bus is also free.
