"Maybe we are kind of new at these kind of hotels — but there was no information on how to lock our door. The soap dispenser in the bathtub was full but obviously inoperable. Finally there was no thermostat to control temperature. We had to leave the windows open and the hotel is on a Main Street. Sometime in the middle of the night cars were racing down the street. We got very little sleep. Love the town - would not choose this hotel again. Stayed at a similar priced but quieter hotel several...

"We had a bay view room which looked directly out onto the harbour which was lovely to wake up to The room was spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed built in. The tea and coffee station was tucked away nicely and there was a full size fridge with a freezer in. We found this excellent as we were travelling so it gave us a good opportunity to freeze our ice packs for the cool bag and chill our drinks down for when we set off again in the morning. "
