On turtle time is a good name, because immediately things were relaxed. There was everything we needed to have a long weekend stay. We enjoyed the accommodations and the town. It being Labor Day weekend it was very busy in town but not over crowded. It was nice to walk downtown and see a street market. Ans an easy walk to the beach. Overall relaxing!

On Turtle Time has everything you will need for your beach vacay. The house is fully stocked with the essentials and all the extras you could want. The cleanliness was exceptional and the home layout met our needs. James quickly responded to our inquiries/requests, which we greatly appreciated! The house is centrally located…quick walk to town, beach or basketball court. We’ve been visiting Seabrook since its infancy and nice to see the way it has grown over the years. Perfect for a relaxing long weekend to reconnect with our teens before the school year kicks off. Plenty to do for all ages!

We’ve stayed in many homes in Seabrook over the years. This was by far the cleanest and most well appointed home! High quality linens and bedding were a huge surprise and greatly appreciated. Definitely not what you find in most vacation rentals. The kitchen is also well appointed with all the things you would find in your own home. We made meals most nights and had all the things we needed and more. Added bonus is that they provide amenities most places don’t. Not having to buy/bring things like foil, ziploc baggies, coffee, filters, toothpaste, q-tips and the like, is so nice. The home itself it cozy and nicely furnished. No expense was spared on this place! James was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He provided detailed instructions that were easy to follow and was available if we had any questions or needed recommendations. I truly can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental. Highly recommend!

Perfectly appointed with anything one might need- down to baking supplies and Aveda bathroom products. The beds are extremely cozy with extra pillows and blankets in reach. The home location is very close to town and the quick walk across the two lane, safe crossing, highway to the ocean. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful long weekend in Seabrook staying at the incredible 'On Turtle Time'. The house was beautifully clean and amazingly stocked with everything covered. A true home from home. We had planned to take trips out but the weather was so gorgeous we spent our days and most evenings on the beach. Communication was exceptional and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for the memories, and your hospitality and generosity. Don't scroll just book!

Phenomenal experience, great communication, listing is just as presented and overall can’t recommend this place enough. They thought of every detail, and really go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They even provided an air mattress when I asked with enough advance notice. Excellent location within Seabrook- kids loved being near town but then also right around the corner from the park and zip line! Can’t wait to go back!

I stayed here with my two teenage daughters and two of their friends. The home is adorable and everything is arranged to maximize space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Well stocked with spices and oils. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Great Smore Kit! The beds were comfortable. The showers hot with plenty of pressure. I wanted to stay forever! The girls loved renting bikes and spending time on the beach. Several cute stores and a great place to grab some coffee. We didn't discover until later that you can borrow equipment from the bike store to play pickleball and Bocce ball for no charge. My only disappointment was the burn ban and no outdoor smores. We improvised and made them in the oven! James reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going well. The owners also left us a gift certificate for pizza we used the final night..... mom didn't have to cook! We look forward to coming back......HIGHLY recommend!
