There was dust on everything My brother fell on the back porch because the boards busted in half they also charged me for three extra guests when I only had three guests so they charged me for 3 more guests and the view is nothing like they showed. And it was not what was advertised at all.

Vintage Beach Weekend

This condo was renovated in a cute vintage beach theme. There was no fireplace or air conditioner as advertised. Screen doors would have been great to keep the bugs out since it was stuffy with doors closed. Windows could be updated as well, but overall it was very clean.

Great little weekend getaway

Great place. Really enjoyed being able to bring my pup along to a pet friendly condo. The kitchen was small but really nice. Beds were comfy, and there were big tvs in every room! Location to the beach was just a short walk. Only critque was the grass around the lawn chairs could have used some maintenance.

The furniture was adorable but super uncomfortable. Also the toilet would not stop running. It was clean, and there were dishes and comfy towels. Soft blankets. It was definitely serviceable.

Not allergy friendly

Small hot water tank, no views of the beach, linens had not been changed so my daughter who has allergies couldn’t even sleep in the bed, we had to use our own blankets.

The place didnt have a fire place like i booked , no beach access like it showed , there was a couple of pieces of dog food on floor in bathroom and water pressure in shower was ok but not good . Also back slider didn't lock .

Condo was run down, the sofa was too uncomfortable to sit on. My credit card was charged a higher amount than my receipt. The property refused to cancel or refund the extra cost. I would not stay here again.

Pictures can be deceiving. There’s no access to the beach and no view at all. The overall look of the property is very ghetto. No on-site front desk. The PDF instructions provided contained wrong room number - the rooms are in fact LETTERS (spent 20 minutes parked waiting for a call back from the office/guest support). In addition, we were provided the wrong WI-FI information so no TV or internet for the entire stay. Spent a good amount of time trying to resolve the issue on the WIFI so we ended up leaving, paid for 2 nights - stayed for 1. No air conditioner so the room was warm - couldn't keep the slide door open past dusk because of the mosquitoes. Spacious and amenities are okay: fridge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living area, fan. Overall, no thank you.

Beach home condo near Convention Center

4 of us (2 couples) attended the Celtic Music Festival. Located an easy walk from the center, this older condominium is cute and cozy. All on one floor, it has a spacious king suite, a cozy queen room, a living room and an efficiency kitchenette. It is a 1/2 mile walk to get to the ocean shore, and it does not have an ocean view since it is all at ground level. It would make a comfortable base camp for day trips around the area; and is very convenient if you are at the convention center. We all agreed that we would be very happy to stay here again. There is a floral shop out front of the condominiums. She is very happy to discuss flowers but very tired of condominium questions because she is not connected to them. Buy flowers or leave her alone...

Unit c needs some tlc, the sliding glass door does not lock. Blinds are bent and broken. But worst was the sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable. Both beds also were very uncomfortable, one very creaky. Also couldn't get the tv to work as it was not connected to internet. I would not recommend reserving this particular unit.

The unit we booked was clean and cute. Only issues I had was that our unit didn't have a washer and dryer, even though it was listed in my confirmation email itinerary. I was relying on them since we were only given 4 sets of towels for our entire stay at the beach and there is no maid service. The second issue I had was that the WiFi did not work. I called to report it and was told the network might be out but would get back to me and let me know. I never got a follow up call.

an okay condo - watch out for extra charges

I would not recommend booking this place on hotels.com. We were charged over $200 more than hotels.com quoted us. When we reached out we were told from Pacific Surf Condos there was nothing we can do and that we had to pay it. It increased our bill 50% which is very high. I would say to book directly with the company so you know on how you have to pay. The beach is probably about a 15 minute walk to the actual beach. There are sidewalks along the road so it is safe. When we were there it got really cold. Only 2/3 heating vents worked, but we made it work. The floors look newly redone. You can tell the unit is older, but is being upkept. It is in a good location.Walking distance to food and stores. The check-in instructions given are not 100% accurate.We did not have to worry about getting a key as the door uses a door code. Also they say there is a check-in list but there is not. Also the number you need to call to check-in and check-out is outside, not inside the unit. It took us a while to figure that out. The unit was very expensive when you consider what we expected to pay. I do not like that it was not clear on Hotels.com about the extra charges and when we explained what happened the company was not willing to work with us. Hotels.com was confused as well.

Property is tired in need of repairs. Bedroom blinds broken, shower faucets full of mold. They need to be removed and cleaned. No screen door on back sliding door. Wasn't terrible but for the price we expected a little more.

Clean lots of room but can’t watch tv from bedroom and shower facet sticks but management is very nice and easy to work with. Can’t beat the location and the people in the town are so friendly also. Loved our time there
