"Me he hospedado ene ste hotel más de 10 veces. Tenía mi reserva pagada para el día 17 de junio. Ese día hubo huelga general en los trenes de Holanda, me comuniqué con la propiedad porque no había manera de llegar. Solicité reembolso y se negaron a autorizarlo. Totalmente decepcionada."
