Don't miss to visit Aabenraa, which is particularly pretty and centrally located, surrounded by hilly forest areas and with a charming panoramic view over the fjord of Aabenraa. You should also visit Graasten and Gråsten Slot, where the Danish royal family meets every year. If you would rather enjoy the good weather and doze on the beach, you will find the most magnificent swimming beach at Varnæsvig, from where you can also take refreshing walks.
