"Everything was perfect: the place, the rooms, the restaurant...You feel inside a 1001 nights palace.
And service was simply over top level, including the owner that was close and interested on guest hapiness.

"I liked the Hotel. It is the same as in the pictures. Khalil, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The rooms and the bathroom were very comfortable, and the AC was perfect.
The only issue I had was when I arrived at the hotel from the airport. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, so taxis from the airport don't leave you on the doorstep. Communication with the taxi driver was limited due to language barriers, and his instructions to get to the hotel were...

The place is clean, cozy, and offer everything you might expect from a nice riad. I have used all of their services and I was happy with them.
What really makes it special is the people working there. Hamza, Naoufel, Nora...and I do not mention all the other people working at the restaurant, breakfast and so on...so kind and so adorable that will meke me come back to this riad even just to say hi....

"Es war wunderbar und ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem beheiztem Pool mit sehr freundlichem und äusserst hilfbereitem Personal. Aussergewöhlich reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gut gelegen direkt beim kleinen Shopping-Center Al Mazar, nahe der Medina (7min Taxi) und nach des Flughafen (15min Taxi). Liegt in der Abflugschneise des Flughafens."

"My first time in a Riad. Cannot fault it. Late arrival and service was welcoming. Room was comfortable and a/c worked well. Shower and bed both excellent. Lovely breakfast on the room top in the morning and staff incredibly helpful the next day regarding my onwards plans. "

"Perfect location. About 8 minute walk to the square. Even though it is close to lots of action, it is located down the alley and very quiet. Delicious breakfast. The two hosts spoke great English, were very friendly and extremely helpful"

"Congratulations to the Riad Jona Hotel, which is one of the most central riads in Marrakech, within the Medina area. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and well-decorated. The bathroom is clean. It has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff is fantastic.
