"Love that I was accommodated over the phone for an early checked in.But, check in was a bit iffy. However, the check out was amazing. Art was exceptional. He kept his cool during the hurdle. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you so much for the upgrade and the clean room. "

"The staff are accommodating. The place is clean. Love the native foods in the breakfast buffet like dilis which I missed. Loved how they cooked the dilis. The Tuyo though ,I think is overcooked or not that fresh? Overall, buffet foods are good though"

"Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. "The stay was nice. The staff were attentive and very professional. The only issue was the WiFi connection in the hotel room. It was very spotty at first but got better the second day, but never became consistent. We were unable to use our cellphone data within the room either. "The place is okay for the price plus the location is very good.. prob during our stat was that there were certain areas being painted in our floor, so the pungent smell was not nice.. there was also one morning when the housekeeping knocked on our door apparently to check if we were there or something.. i found this to be inappropriate esp because it was still early and we did not even place a “make up room” sign on the outside.. Other than these, the stay was comfortable.. "

"We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...
