"My stay here was brilliant. Great commication from the point of booking and again on the day. Staff very pleasant, room was clean and spacious. Included a microwave too. Plenty of tea and coffee available aswell.
Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from, whether hot or cold.
One thing I loved was how quiet the guest house was."

We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot.
Plenty of parking.
Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay.
That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal."

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"It's always a great pleasure to stay at the St Giles Hotel in Norwich. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it almost feels like home as we've returned several times.
