"We had the most wonderful stay. The location is just beautiful and it's so very peaceful. I stayed in the Wall Room with my dog. "The hotel is a great boutique hotel. The staff at Morgans Hotel, running the property, are amongst the best I've encountered. Everyone is helpful, patient, and takes great care of guests. "Overall excellent but a few niggles: the toaster is compact not full size so it doesn’t take a whole piece of bread; the basin in the en-suite is one of those stupid tiny basins in which you can barely wash your little finger; and the tap is the idiotic type with twist for water and temperature so to get hot water you have to have a raging torrent. Would prefer if the hot tub was screened from the adjacent property."

"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating.
