"The property is fabulous. Nice boutique hotel on Main Street in Newmarket across from a great coffee shop. A couple of small challenges include parking as there’s limited parking that’s covered in a few extra spots uncovered. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to change in the front desk, control it from there. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and we serviced daily while we were out so there was no inconvenience to our day."

"1. I do not recommend booking with GlobalStay. I would not do it again. 2. Pay attention: a) prices in USD; b) they ask for a deposit before arrival; c) you have to pay for any extra guests per night; d) at this location, AC/Heat was not functioning. 3. They did not return my deposit in full because they claimed that I caused damages to the property, which I definitely disagree with. So far, I have not found a way to get my money back. "

"Never made it to the stay. Booked/paid in advance via Expedia. According to the checkin directions the property is supposed to send instructions via email 24 hours in advance, that never happened after repeated requests. We contacted Expedia they attempted to get a hold of the proper owner and couldn’t.
