Hoteles 3 estrellas en Playa Tran Phu

"Visited with family- turns out this place isn't even available. Stranded with family at 1am after 5 hour flight delay. Host contacted the next day to let us know this place shouldn't still be showing up since they are no longer renting it out for booking... yet I'm not able to get a refund... for a place we never even saw... horrible. "

"the hotel was in a very good location it’s in a residential area but just a few steps from the eateries and bufsy streets the breakfast was very good and sumptuous and tasty all the staffs was amazing and friendly and professional thank you very much from Mr Diep"

"Room not met standard sanitize. Old smelts. "

"Furniture&bathroom need upgrade , under grade compare to three stars Value"

"Inaccurate description: no balcony as listed, drapery torned and ripped , partial lights bulbs burn out, refrigerator not cold enough. Asked the host to change room but not successful."

"Need to change the air conditioner, that is too old and can't feel comfortable"

"冷蔵庫壊れてた 清掃とタオル交換が少し甘い 他は良いと思う"

"If there is negative star that’s what I would rated them. Ok let’s start my experience booking them through Expedia.I’ve booked 15 rooms for 30 persons 3 days in advance for 7/16 through 7/19. They sent me a bunch of emails said they’re have confirmed my booking and can’t wait to see us, so I thought was ok. We drove 6 from Saigon to Nha Trang which where they are, 2 hrs left to arrive I called the number they provided to check just to found out a lady call herself manager her name is Ms.Diep...

"Salvo la limpieza de la habitación el dia de la llegada, los demas dias bien. Hotel con buena ubicación, buen desayuno y personal, que nos dejaron guardar la moto de alquiler en el garaje del hotel sin coste."

"Great location for the one day we needed a room to rest and shower. Unbelieveable value and exceeded what my expectations were"

"Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."
