"エアコンが壊れていたせいか、一泊は違う部屋で泊まらせられ２部屋取った一部屋は下水臭くて寝てられ無いし最初の一泊した部屋はオーシャンビューで予約したのにシティービューだしお詫びにと持って来た朝食券も７名で行ってるのに２枚だし、これじゃー後5名分はお金を出して朝食食べろみたいな感じにしか思えず元々朝食を付けて無いけど１回は食べて見ようかなーと思っていたけど追加5名分8400円位払って食べる気力が無く諦めました、立地は良いけど部屋の掃除も16時に帰ってもして無かった事も"

"Visited with family- turns out this place isn't even available. Stranded with family at 1am after 5 hour flight delay. Host contacted the next day to let us know this place shouldn't still be showing up since they are no longer renting it out for booking... yet I'm not able to get a refund... for a place we never even saw... horrible. "

"Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."
