"Luego de una fallida reservación por la página de Hoteles tuve que Reservar esta habitación y mi pesadilla continuó, nunca me enviaron las indicaciones para el check in, estuve cuatro horas esperando que me den el código de la caja de seguridad que tenía la llaves. Escribí a la propieda, al servicio al cliente de hoteles que también es un desastre y recién después de cuatro horas después de la hora de check in pude ingresar.
