"Very well-situated in centre of town, with shops and restaurants on doorstep. Room unpretentious but everything worked as it should. Bed very comfortable. The pub downstairs was friendly and good to sit in at the end of evening."

"Well located - close to the beach, costal paths and Tenby is a 10 min drive away. Well sized rooms, which are looking a little tired with minimal amentities. Nice lounge area in the main house with lovely roaring fire in the evenings
Staff are very helpful and friendly
Dog friendly which is very helpful (if you have dogs)
I would suggest that hotel is over priced for what it is"

"We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch!
The rooms and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt like the perfect little hideaway while still being close to all the great local spots. We loved every minute of our...

"Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty…
Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…"

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience.
Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer.
Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."
