"The condo was clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The drawback of the location was the noise around 2 am when the bars closed. We were awakened each night by lots of yelling on the street below. Nothing to be done about it but may want to consider when booking."

"We loved our stay in this gorgeous WB beach house:) Living room, kitchen, eating area and all bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable:) We loved hearing the waves from the beautiful, huge front porch. Loved looking at the amazing outdoor space in the backyard, but we were too busy to enjoy it this time. Our family, and extended family, all loved your home:) We will definitely be staying here again:)"

"This property was perfect for what we needed. Having a dock/pier and 3 bedrooms for the price point was amazing. The homes nearby are beautiful. Don’t judge a book by its cover. This home while older still offers a lot of charm and practicality. Appliances all worked, kitchen was stocked, and the views were worth every penny."

"We loved being so close to the beach and the pier. The property itself is in need of some updating and repair. The rug looked new but the kitchen was dingy and disorganized. The deck from the master BR had a nice view of the ocean and sunsets. The lower level shower handle was hard to adjust making for either a very hot or very cold shower. Overall we had a nice experience but the next time we go I'd look for a place with a more updated kitchen."

"It was everything we imagined. Beautiful apartment, beautiful view and easy access to beach. The only problem was in getting into the main door with code. Had to push/ pull the door. The manager on call was very helpful but they definitely need to fix that door ( or put up a sign saying to push door before you pull). Otherwise everything was great!"

"I would definitely stay again! The location was perfect, we just had to walk across the street to get to the beach. There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and even a wagon for guests to take to the beach! We spent a lot of time on the private covered deck. "The pictures do not do this property justice! Access five Wrightsville Beach is by far the best place to be if you are looking to stay away from the tourists. Both of the decks offer plenty of room for several people to father. We even hosted our own private chef for a shrimp boil off of the living room deck with room for 14 girls to eat. Virginia was extremely responsive and kind. We will absolutely be booking here again!!"

"This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just...

"We enjoyed staying in this condo on our work trip to Wilmington. The location was perfect…easy to walk to stores, restaurants, etc on Wrightsville Beach. The condo and the condo building were well maintained and secure. The security guards and tenants were very friendly and helpful!
