"This loft is clean, cute, and convenient to downtown. The Uber ride was only like $7 to downtown around 6 pm and $12 home after midnight. Parking is free so staying here saved us quite a bit compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. The host was very helpful and communicated with us frequently! We will stay here again!"

"Lovely sun filled spacious apartment. Walking distance to Beale Street and very close to Main Street trolly stop. Opposite the Lorraine Hotel with the Neon sign..quite amazing to be so close to history. Good Fortune Company restaurant a good find and close to Gus’s World famous chicken! Communication very good. "It was nice and cozy for just the 2 of us. We had a business trip and I needed something close to the LaConte center. The room Itself was good and the location again was perfect. I'm Giving a 4 because We did find hair in the shower and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. But other than the many stray hairs in the shower, the rest of the room was very tidy.( I did try to contact, but never got a response) If this review has any weight I would hope that the managers would add some...
