"Very cozy, comfortable condo. We were there for a swim meet in downtown St Petersburg which was only about a ten to fifteen minute ride each morning. The owner was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and met all or needs and the bed in the Master was so comfortable."

"This place is wonderful! Water (and dolphin) views from every room, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen/beach gear. The pool was heated enough that my kids were comfortable swimming even earlier in the day or when it was overcast. The shell hunting was great on the mostly empty beach below. And there were of course tons of walking paths and the golf course. Quick and easy drive to the gulf beaches, downtown Tampa, and downtown St. Pete. "The area around the condo was lovely and quiet. Overall, the condo was nice. We were surprised that there was no coffee! A few water bottles would have been a nice touch. For the price, I was expecting nicer quality towels and sheets. The sheets are 100% polyester. We found them to be uncomfortable and hot. The bed itself was fine. We sat out on the patio which needed a good power wash. Lastly, we felt that the cleaning fee was high, but, we paid it for the location."

"Kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve visited! Comfortable beds, plush bath towels and the condo facility was clean, nicely decorated and quiet! We enjoyed golf, pickleball and biking. The beaches were pristine and the ocean water was tourquuoise blue! And did I mention the unbelievable sunsets?!! Hosts were so quick to respond and were helpful and attentive! Would definitely recommend this unit!"

"The place was clean and well-provided. The balcony had great views for morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. A dolphin put on a show one morning with five jumps! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The road noise from the highway nearby was not a problem on this side of the building. This was a great stay to explore St. Petersburg."

"Great location and comfortable condo right on the shore of Boca Ciega Bay. Beautiful view of the bay, fishing pier and pool area from fourth floor living room and balcony. Pleasantly appointed with all the comforts of home. High speed wireless internet and large flat screen TV. Harbor side restaurant/bar just short steps away with great food and drink. Easy and secure check in process and covered parking for one car. Would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was clean, perfect size for my husband and I, and the view was perfect. Loved the pool area. It was quiet, peaceful, and every morning it was clean and put back together. The owner was informative, respectful, and made sure to reach out to me to see if it was okay to deliver some new patio furniture. He also let me know that there may be some work being done in the parking lot, but the work had been canceled. We would definitely consider coming back."
