"This was a fantastic place for us to call home for 4 nights while in Oceanside. As a family with 2 little ones, it was well set up and even had some beach toys for the kiddos. "We did a little family getaway here with us and our 1 year old and our stay was great! The house is very clean and welcoming, the street is quiet and peaceful and the front and back patio on this house is so great to enjoy the beautiful weather and let our little one play. "We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. "

"Loved this hidden gem! Clean, large and had everything we needed. Friendly staff and free garage parking. We could see the water from our balcony (when it wasn’t foggy). Only downside is it’s quite noisy, but this is not the property’s fault at all. Will definitely stay again."

"We stayed for a week here in Oceanside. The apartment is a bit dated but with the location (steps away from the ocean) and the very reasonable price it was perfect for our needs. The only that could be improved is that the space did not have a table to eat at just a very small breakfast counter so ended up eating all our meals at the coffee table. "

"The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others."
