The cottage is located behind Patty's house on a quiet street that's three blocks from the inviting College Avenue array of varied restaurants (Italian, American, Mediterranean, ice cream, Peet's). A 20-minute walk to the UC campus. The location is great for visits to Muir Woods and point Reyes. It may not be super comfortable for 2 adults due to size, but if you are a solo traveler, it’s perfect"

"As you drive up to this Sausalito cottage, it welcomes you in with its gable gate and beautiful flowers. Upon entering, the first thing you want to do is walk across the living room to the sliding door, which leads out onto the spacious deck with gorgeous views of the harbor and boats.
