"The house is perfectly located. You can walk to the beach where you find an incredible lagoon. The way down may be a little difficult in flip flops but is worth the effort. You can find everything you need in the house and the communication with the owner works well. If we needed help or had any questions he answered them and helped us. Overall we had a great time and will come back again."

"We stayed here off season, which means we mostly used the indoor living space. For our needs (family with young children) it was a bit on the small side, particularly the kitchen diner. Would probably be better suited to people mostly using the very nice outside patios for meals. A very short walk down to the beach,and a useful base to explore the south west coast."

"Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....

Carmelo was very accommodating and available for questions regarding the area. We throughly enjoyed our delicious 5 course meal prepared by Rita and would recommend the option to all that stay at the Villa."

"This property may as well be a palace. There were three of us renting this property in early November. We ended up staying and what we expect is the guest quarters which is the basement of the home. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms. A nicely appointed small kitchen and a decent living area. We had full run of the immaculate grounds which I cannot say enough about. La piscina estaba cerrada, la habitación no la limpian todos los días ( y no hay utiles de limpieza en la misma) el desayuno muy mal presentado y algunas cosas no muy buenas... Con poco que cambien algunas cosas el hotel sera muy bueno."

"Packed apartment for a family of 4 but it just fits with dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Very nice big swimming pool and just cross the street to go to the beach and walk in 30 minutes to the Scala dei Turchei. If you have a 1st floor apartment on the 'backside' of the accomodation be aware of the street noise and that you have to climb stairs to get in your apartment."
