"This unit was perfect for our stay. It looked exactly like the pictures. Was recently redone and very well appointed. The bed was comfy, we loved that you could raise the headboard, and very nice to have a separate living room area. There was a nice kitchen area with a decent size fridge. Check in was a breeze as was parking. We moved our car to the 100 block and left it there for our stay. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a Publix which was right across the street....

"While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!"

"Historic building had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. The short walk to a fabulous beach was wonderful. The condo is not right for a family of five. The condo only sleeps 4 and not 6 as advertised. The unit also needs a deep cleaning as the showers had mold on curtains, in caulk and bath mats. Corners and crevices were dirty with accumulated dust and hair. Otherwise tolerable conditions. Overall for the price we would stay again. The town is a little crazy and snobby though....

"We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time. This visit, however, had a few glitches. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. In the past, bathrooms were supplied with soap/small shampoos - this time, nothing, no paper towels. "I have been touring the state of Florida for 15 days with my family (wife and 7-month-old daughter) and I wanted to end with a pleasant stay in Miami, where some friends recommended this place to me. The reason for my email is to express my disagreement with the Hotel for the service provided today on the morning of May 27. I extended my stay for 2 more nights with the idea also of changing to a new room with an ocean view. I went down to talk to the lady at the reception to tell her that today I had to change rooms because I extended my stay for 2 nights and she told me not to worry that I should wait in my room to make the change. I waited until 3:00 p.m. in the morning and no one came to change the room. I also made a complaint because the coffee machine was not working and he told me again not to worry that someone would come to change the coffee machine. I went down again to say that no one came to change my machine, that they have not changed my room and it was no longer pleasant for me or my family. He assigned me room 506, and told me to wait in the room again and that someone would come again to help me with my bags. Again, no one arrived, I made the change myself and went to verify that it was the room corresponding to what I had already paid. I arrived at room 506 and it was not what I had paid for, and I had already told the lady that it was with Balcony, King Size, with Ocean View. I came down very upset and told him that the room did not have the characte"
