"For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size."

"We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice home that was super close to the beach. The beach was almost empty all 3 days of our stay. The home was very well stocked with everything except toilet paper (which was no biggie :). We loved it and will definitely stay again. OH yes, and the property manager allowed a late check out which was amazing!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was filled with everything you need. In the kitchen they have plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils , pot holders, baking pans, cooking sheets, coffee pot with k cup, seasonings, dishwasher tabs, microwave and a high oven in the wall. The oven was the one thing that was hard for me to use because I’m 5’ 3” and oven is high and you can’t pull out or put in pans from the front of the oven because the counter is in the way. "This is such a beautiful spot! The great room was perfect for our family celebration playing games and doing puzzles. The only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5 was due to a text I sent about a few issues with no response. One shower wasn’t draining properly and there were no BBQ tools to be found. Also, only 2 wine glasses in the house.🤔 Otherwise it was awesome!!!"
