"The staff are all lovely - this is the 2nd time I have stayed here as it's close for visiting relations. Rooms are lovely except that you can't really open the windows (in the rooms I've been in) as they open over the roof where the extracted fans are for the kitchen :( Food is excellent - had breakfast & evening meals there. Will definately stay here again!"

"Lovely place but dreadful if you need to communicate while on vacation. We found some very dirty kitchen items and many broken this & that's. Kitchen lamp not working, bedside light buzzing all night, showers need descaling as do not work properly. Etc ..... could do with a proper check over and upgrade. Also, please don't say you have wifi in here on your advert .... it is intermittent at best so be honest and your customers may not feel cheated into choice as we do ....."

"There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. "We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days."

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"Our lodge was very nice even though we didnt have a couple of things we were expecting, coffee mc and dryer ……the dryer would have been so helpful , the laundry dryers were always being used. We didnt realise we had to book childrens activities so much in advance so they missed out on a few things. Our overall break was very enjoyable and location of Lodge was great for boys to walk safely alone. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We will be booking again …..Thank you...
