Muy buen servicio y atención de todo el personal. El único punto que encuentro no conveniente para los adultos mayores es que no se cuenta con tubos de agarraderas en la ducha. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

Tiene unas vistas hermosas, en frente de Londo Tower o más conocido como London Bridge, el hotel es viejo, y es un poco difícil llegar a tu cuarto, es como un laberinto, pero la cercanía al puente y lo céntrico que está a los atractivos de Londres, es lo mejor.

Necesita una renovación de las instalaciones . La limpieza deja mucho que desear . Instalaciones viejas . La cama supletoria insufrible . Desayuno bien . Solamente ascensores para subir y bajar . No escaleras excepto las de emergencia así que subir y bajar de las habitaciones es muy lento ya que los ascensores están ocupados . Ubicación bien pero necesitas metro para moverte ya que el centro está alejado

Estimada Lorena.Siento que no pudieramos alcanzar sus expectativas. El hotel lleva desde 1973 y aunque cada temporada se realizan importantes mejoras y reformas, para luchar contra el tiempo hemos previsto una nueva reforma total del hotel para 2025. Espero que les podamos ver de vuelta a posteriori.Hasta la proxima.

Los cuartos de baños de la habitación es bastante antiguo y además la bañera muy alta imposible acceder personas mayores. Y el colchón de la cama supletoria nefacto. Se te clavan todos los muelles. Excepto esos dos cositas lo demás muy bien

Nos dieron una habitación que el aire acondicionado estaba roto y lo sabían porque un chico que trabaja ahí nos dijo que ese cuarto tenía ese problema hacía tiempo y los de mantenimiento no venían a arreglarlo no quisieron cambiarnos de habitación y nos trajeron un ventilador pequeño que no refrescaba nada no pudimos descansar ni disfrutar nuestra estancia.

Vista impresionante del Tower Bridge desde el hotel. Habitaciones cómodas. El desayuno sirve lo mismo tooooodos los días, para estadías largas se apreciaría que lo variaran un poquito. Por lo demas todo bien!!!
