"My family had a 7 night stay and it was awesome, everything we hoped for and more. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Chef Charles was fantastic, he cooking was out of this world. I wish I could bring him home with me. We couldn’t get the outdoor screen to work, and the house manger Manuel, tried but couldn’t fix. Hot water was hit or miss, but it was bearable. "we went there for spring break with our daughter and several of her classmates. villa aguasanta is a modern luxury manor as pictured. we were thrilled entering and seeing the spectacular vistas. the staff kept the place immaculate so we could enjoy ourselves in punta cana. our host kept in touch with us. everything was accessible by golf cart. we look forward to our next visit."

"The house look like it did when listed. It was 3 minor problems upon arrival. The heat wasn’t working, the pool wasn’t clean, and the shower head in the master bedroom wasn’t working properly. The next day they fixed the air and cleaned the pool. They never fixed the shower head so using the water was a little difficult. But Chef Danny and the housekeeper did a great job."

"We had a fabulous time being hosted by Lorenzo and his amazing team at the house- Juliana, Felix and Maria. The communication and service was amazing and Lorenzo ensured we had everything we needed prior to arriving. Our home cooked meals were insanely delicious and by the end of the trip we felt like family with the team. Our kids basically lived in the pool and we loved to hang in the gazebo area most mornings and afternoons. Would absolutely recommend!"

There were a few hiccups with finding the exact location of the house and ordering Ubers but Alex was responsive to every question and left detailed videos, voicenotes and even accepted a phone call to troubleshoot some issues. "We had the most amazing Christmas at Dan’s house in la Romana Dominican Republic. He is the best! He answered every email within minutes, he helped us in everything that we asked I loved renting his house. We were a family of 9 people including one teenager, two 11 years old boy and a 8 years old boy. The house was big enough for all of us! "We came with a group of 6 adults/6 kids. Palmera Travel did great job managing the property prior and during our stay. They communicated with us months before our arrival and assisted with booking our boats, dinners out, tea times and spa treatments, etc. We had a larger group of 25 people and they were instrumental in getting us reservations for the large group. "We stayed at the villa with friends and family during the easter holidays. We where 10 in the group , my two sons (18) and friends of them that shared two of the rooms, my sister and her husband and my husband and I. The place is beautiful , the house is top top with plenty of space for everyone. Apart from the house the maid Idalisa and the cook Cipriano are wonderful people always looking after us and making our stay 10/10. Thank you!!!! We will be back soon"

"The property is very nice with spacious apartments by a nice pool and a restaurant right by the pool. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet.
