Mediocre
Limpieza aceptable; un poco viejo. Desayuno mediocre. Nos quisimos quedar una noche más y nos quisieron cobrar más que lo que habíamos pagado la primera noche. Decidimos cambiar a uno cercano (el Metropolis) y por un precio similar tuvimos un hotel mucho más moderno y limpio.

Hotel Le Roi en Nueva Delhi, casi totalmente bueno
En general las instalaciones del hotel son bastante modernas y cómodas. La ubicación, si bien de primera impresión el barrio era bastante malo, después uno se da cuenta que no hay problemas de seguridad e incluso es parte de una atracción turística de la ciudad. Dado que el hotel es poco conocido, recomiendo llevar un mapa muy claro de la ubicación del hotel para que el taxi se guíe, en caso contrario se va a perder que fue lo que me pasó a mi, y así evitarse un momento desagradable. La limpieza era buena, más o menos a estandar internacional. El restaurant era muy malo eso sí, recomiendo ir a otro lado a comer. El personal del hotel se portó muy bien conmingo y agradezco el esfuerzo que hicieron para arreglar los itinerarios para visitar los lugares turísticos.

While asleep around 11PM. I had a couple walk in to the room. They got in to the room with a key given to them by the hotel receptionist. You have to go to the receptionist everyday to get your room reassigned to you throughout your stay. That nice couple had been there for a few days already and had a few more days left to their reservation. So they walked in to the room that they had been assigned to for the reservation. To them it seemed like we were the intruders. Thankfully the nicest couple were willing to change rooms since they had just 2 backpacks cz they were visiting family during Diwali and had their big luggage with their family. The hotel had double booked one room and given 2 couples the same room key. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff has nothing to say about it. They couldn’t even admit their mistakes. No apologies from their side either. Rooms look much nicer in pictures but it’s dirty in reality. Bathroom is dirty. It is spacious and location isn’t bad but I could’ve gotten way better hotel for similar price around the neighborhood. Staff is absolutely horrible. Receptionist lady was extremely slow and didn’t care about customers at all. They’d try to get until you raise your voice at them. I like to travel and have stayed in many hotels but this was hands down the worst one I had ever been to. I’d rather pay a little more and stay at other place. I’d definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. UNSAFE AND HYGIENIC. HORRIBLE STAFF AS WELL.

Schreckliche Unterkunft. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht weiter. Ich war noch nie in einem schlechteren Hotel mit so unfreundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Niemand hat je einmal gegrüsst, absolut nie wurde man am morgen oder beim vorbeilaufen oder sogar im selben Lift mit Mitarbeitenden nicht gegrüsst. Und erst recht kein freundliches Gesicht mit einem Lächeln aufgesetzt. Schreckliche MItarbeiter. Das WLAN funktioniert in den Zimmer nicht, auch wenn sie es hier angegeben haben. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr schmutzig und laut. Wir hatten einen Schock. Einen Schock von den unfreundlichen und unprofessionellen Mitarbeitenden und von der Umgebung.

It’s located in the shadiest area of Delhi you could smell the urine in the room so bad that as soon as we saw the room didn’t even seat called Uber and got a better hotel. The owner was very rude and didn’t even understand English

Very nice hotel, staff are friendly and so helpful. Only one thing I want them to improve is, please solve the problem paying by International Credit Card. This hotel was the only place I was declined to use my visa card (issued in Japan) during my stay in India. Other hotels and restaurants, I found no problems using the same card.

Staff are really kind and efficient. However I failed to pay extra bills by my international credit cards. This is the only place I was declined to pay by card, even though it was accepted by other 20 restaurants and hotels during my stay.

We stayed in two different hotels while in Delhi: City Star (when we arrived in India) and Le Roi (when leaving). Both were in the same location, but Le Roi was more expensive despite having much worse service: - Bathroom wasn't as clean and it took more than 5min to get the water hot; - We often had to ask for basic things (bathmat, two towels, etc) - No fridge/minibar - Very poor breakfast In other words, there are better options.

Bathroom is slippery, room floor sticky, water in bathroom is smelly, Electric ofter black out, Cutlery not clean, Breakfast not worth the money. Room door key card was not giving upon check in. Wifi is poor maybe due to often black outs. Not recommended for women’s traveling alone. I will not stay there again.

部屋は綺麗でシャワーのお湯もちゃんと出て問題なし。バーが壁隣りだったので少し音が気になったけど、11時ごろには止んだので安心。 最後に外国のクレジットカードが使えないのであれば、そう書いてあると良かった。

we go india every year. delhi has a lot of hotels. especially paharganji. hotel re loi is clean and good service. there is a man Harish Arora who is good guy. He make some breack fast with kind heart. we`ll go delhi tihis year to meet him and stay re loi. thank you.

Affordable comfort
The room was comfortable, spacious and cleaned thoroughly. Toiletries of body wash, hand soap and shampoo were provided. The housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. After spending a bit too much time in the sun and subsequently feeling unwell, one of the restaurant servers was kind enough to inquire about why I had not come for dinner and insisted on sending up soup and a banana. His gesture made me feel very much at home during my first days in India

Nice rooms
This hotel is situated near the main bazaar. Off a main road so not as busy. Tuk tuks are easily available. Rooms are clean and modern. Highly recommend

メインバザールから徒歩圏内
ニューデリー駅から行く場合はメインバザールを歩いてファストフードのサブウェイを目印に右に曲がって3分程歩いたら左側にあるホテルです。部屋も広くて清潔でスタッフも高級ホテルの様な接客でした。惜しかったのはバスルームの匂いとバスルームに小蝿がいたことくらいです。寒かったのでヒーターを貸してくれました。部屋の備え付けの空調は冷房のみです。ホットシャワーは5分くらい出しっぱなしすればお湯になって出て来ます。夜遅くに歩く場合は周辺は男の人ばっかりなので、早歩きで隙を見せずに行動した方がいいと思います。

Hotel meant for hooligans and anti-socials
The location is shabby and dirty, being around the market place... The hospitality is extremely unprofessional and hostile... the reception staff deliberately charged me with a Rs 2lac+ credit card swipe. While I raised alarm and got them to void the transaction (which they did reluctantly), my credit card pin got compromised in the process. They have my ADHAAR card details and the possibility of misusing such information is not ruled out (even though I have kept my bank notified of any possible the security breach). They even tried to refuse me and my family (including 6 year old) the booked room and accepted the payments only in cash but did not provide me with a cash receipt or bill. The wifi is not free but chargeable... This hotel is meant for hooligans and anti-socials. Families out on vacation may please avoid.

Keep searching, better hotels will be available!
Overall, extremely disappointing. Dirty towels and no toilet roll on arrival. They said they were giving us a great room - it was very poor. The booking stated that it had a rainfall shower head and a jetted bath tub - neither of these were present. We had a cold tricklimg shower with almost no shower gel/shampoo. The area was dodgy and felt uncomfortable. When feeding back on the form at the end of the stay the staff member gave a half hearted apology but no re-imbursement or offer on any level. We will not be staying again.

A lot better hotels available in the area....AVOID
I had to wait for 50 minutes to check in !! The reception desk said rooms were occupied, but no one checked out in the 50 mins i had waited there !! The rooms are way smaller than the photos suggest.The wooden flooring is all broken up...! There were no toiletries in the bathroom ...please carry your own bathing soap! The food i ordered was also disappointing, the wild mushroom soup had no mushroom in it ! The website mentions of a rollaway bed, however a mattress is put on the ground instead..! The staff also was unconcerned until we made a complaint.

Nice hotel in busy place
Check in process was nice and easy. The room was as expected with the exception of the bathroom were the shower looks old and dirty. A/C didn't cooled fast enough, and bed mattress was hard as rock.

O hotel é barato mas fica devendo em alguns aspectos: - o quarto era para não-fumanete, no entanto tinha cheiro de cigarro; - o wi-fi não funcionava nos quartos; - a água do chuveiro alagava o banheiro inteiro; - a região do hotel é na parte antiga da cidade, que é muito barulhenta e suja. No entanto, a recepção foi atenciosa quando precisamos e o restaurante é relativamente bom e com preços justos.

Friendly staff!
The staff at Le Roi were very helpful, friendly, and even accommodated an extra night of stay before going to the airport! The breakfast was clean, delicious and very reasonably priced. The area is very busy though and on a small street though there are multiple shops and restaurants to eat at.

you have to be kidding me
Only good thing about this hotel is possibility to sleep long time and well. Nice lines and good beds. Also it was mostly silent around. Everything else is quite a joke. It is not clean in the room:floor bulbs almost everything. Bathroom is good though. Quite a lot of cockroaches. One in fridge, and fridge is really dirty. Two came with housekeeping on request of new kettle, because original one doesn't work. Another one we found in bed with us and last but not least in closets. AC very noisy. Location is not good. It is safe, but dirty and very dusty. For the price they asking it is not worth it even with discount. I would not recommend to stay not only in this hotel but also in Delhi.

Horrible location, very noisy,
I viewed this hotel on internet and it looked good but in reality i regretted booking this hotel.Hotel owners did not advertise as they should have done. Information about its location was incomplete and they made it look as if this hotel is located in central delhi where as the location of this hotel is terrible.

ニューデリー駅前のメインバザールにすぐアクセスできて、ロケーションはいいですが、ガイドブックなどに書かれている程きれいでもないし、電気がつかないところがあったり、シャワールームも仕切りが甘くバスルーム中水浸しになるし（バスタブなし）、トイレも流れが悪いなど、部屋はあまり評価できるところがありません。でもスタッフはフレンドリーですし、とにかくロケーションを考えると、最終的には「まぁいいか」と思える、そんな程度の一般ビジネスホテルという感じでしょうか。

Comfortable Inexpensive Hotel by Train Station
I usually stay a night in Delhi on my journey from USA to Rishikesh. I chose the Le Roi due to it's close proximity to the train station. The staff were lovely and helpful. I loved the busy market place and the vegetable market nearby. The room was quiet and air conditioned . What a blessing after a long , hot, journey. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and definitely stay here again.

One word. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Car didn't turn up at airport at airport. We rang to be told the traffic was too busy. Had to find our own way. On arrival there was no apology. The manager was rude and arrogant. Worst experience we have ever had overseas.

Not good. Didn't arrive for our transfer from airport. Management was rude and confrontational. Wouldn't pay taxi driver as agreed without issue. Resteraunt/bar not eager to serve us. Only 1 of our 2 rooms had a fridge. No offer to transfer back to airport.
