"We had an overall good time, the location is excellent. The 1st morning we were there the front door shattered, it was extremely windy and it slammed itself. We reached out to the property manager and she was not polite initially, she later came around and stopped the aggressive behavior. Aside from that, it was great, wouldn’t have had any complaints if the property manager hadn’t been so abrasive and rude."

"Perfect little casita for a quiet stay in Roatán. The location is perfect, easy to get to all areas and be away from them when a little rest and relaxation is needed. Diving (Blue Island Divers) is easily accesible from this location. Conrad was extremely helpful with all aspects of our vacation there. He's quick to reply to all questions and provides helpful insight to the planning and coordination. Highly recommend!"

"This was my 3rd trip to Roatan and Infinity Bay. This was my favorite condo to stay in, it is perfectly located within the resort. I love this resort, easy walk to lots of restaurants and awesome snorkeling right off the beach. I will be coming back to Roatan and staying in this condo. Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded promptly, he genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"Both Conrad and Maritza were quick to remedy an issue with the bbq. The screened patio was very nice. It was like sitting in a tropical garden while watching birds, lizards and agoutis. The grounds are well maintained as well as the pool. On site staff- the grounds keepers and security guards were all very friendly. The inside of the unit was well appointed and bed comfortable."

"We had a wonderful week at the Sandridge house. Make sure you have step by step directions to the house so that you don't end up looking for it for an hour and a half. "VRBO rental was excellent. Property was well maintained. Secluded, but with walking access to West Bay beaches an associated activities. Pool area was excellent for hanging out, or swimming laps (35 yds) if desired. Good amenities supplied as part of the rental. No shortage of towels or kitchen supplies. Filtered water supply and on on-site generator were tremendous. No need for bottled water and generator took over seamlessly during area power outages. Parking on site was excellent."

"First off the concierge Caroline met our flight, took us grocery shopping, and was a bright note throughout our stay. The villa was a perfect getaway. The restaurant was a few minutes walk along the beach and their food was delicious. It is a great place for family gatherings. We’re sorry our family was unable to join us, but overall we had a great time. So great we were wishing we could have had a few more days."
