"Just as the name says - a cosy cottage at the lake! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had decorated the cottage for Christmas - even had a Christmas tree! They also supplied ample fire wood to have the indoor fire place going all day and well into the evenings. Great experience. Thank you."

"This cottage is beautifully decorated and set up. It is next to the public pier and the market so it’s very convenient to pick up ingredients that you may have forgotten. There are two large trees in front providing shade which is a precious feature on the beach. We brought kayaks and were able to visit the nesting terns and the yellow-headed blackbirds in the reeds. The water in the taps has quite a strong sulphuric smell but a water cooler is provided by the property. We would definitely visit...

"We enjoyed our time at the cottage as we were evacuated due to wildfires in the NT. It was a little cozier than we thought as the two bunk beds are supposed to sleep 8 of the 12 guests and an air mattress for the other 2.
