"Alucinante! Las habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosas, con sala de estar. El baño muy completo. Y todo con vistas al lago!!!! El servicio increíblemente bueno. Tuvimos la suerte de estar solos una noche en el hotel (allí era invierno, temporada baja) y nos prepararon una mesa en el salón delante de la chimenea. Fue muy especial. Los desayunos inmejorables. "Hawksmoor House ist ein klassisches, 300 Jahre altes Capholländisches Bauerngehöft. Wir waren zuerst im Herrenhaus untergebracht, dann in einem Nachbargebäude. Beide Zimmer waren ausserordentlich schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Zu bemängeln gab es nichts. Allerdings sollten Reisende wissen, dass die Anfahrt über einen unbefestigten Weg erfolgt. "Stayed here 2/19/24 through 2/21. Location and property are absolutely beautiful, but unwalkable from downtown Franschhoek, so you'll need a rental car or us their recommended taxi service via Whatsapp if you plan to drink lots of wine. Uber was not reliable in this area. The staff were very nice and the breakfast options were good, but limited. I would highly recommend this location. "
