Step into a real Barcelona kitchen in the heart of El Raval and learn to cook an authentic Spanish paella from scratch. In a small group of no more than 12, you'll go hands-on from the very first step: building the sofrito, adding fresh ingredients, and mastering the rice technique — including the coveted socarrat, the caramelized crust that makes a perfect paella. Your host guides you at a relaxed pace through every step. Choose between a classic seafood paella or a seasonal vegetable version, both made with fresh, quality ingredients. Once your paella is ready, sit down to enjoy it together with a welcome glass of cava, selected wines throughout the meal, and a traditional crema catalana for dessert. You cook. You eat. You leave with the recipe — and the skills to recreate it at home.
