Ölmühle Leipzig is part of a collective of companies that are all involved in artisanal food production. On a guided tour of our facility, you will learn what drives us and what arises from our passion for artisanally produced foods in the context of a manufactory. How did the idea of an oil mill in Leipzig come about? Where do we source our raw materials? How can we work and operate in the most sustainable way possible? What innovations can we implement as a manufactory to protect our environment?
You can get the answers to these questions in person when you visit us.
