Amazing views! The steps weren't so bad because there were long stretches of flat walking. Walking the walls is a must do.
Wear good shoes.
Try to do this first thing in the morning at 8:00 when the walls open. Crowds are small and the photo opportunities are AMAZING! After the crowds wake up, you can’t get a photo without lots of people in it.
Great view of the city and surrounding area, however, no shade available, and very hot, even at 8am when they first open.
