Great Florida Vacation
We had a great stay in Florida. The house is located in the quiet part of Vero Beach across the street from the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub and our dog loved the backyard and chasing the lizards! House had everything you need including bikes, beach chairs and towels and fully stocked kitchen (I did bring my own spices, but some were there). We loved our stay and are talking about coming back next year!

Our first visit to Vero Beach was a great experience! We searched for a dog friendly home, with a pool, & a dog friendly beach. Score x 3 This home if located on a beautiful court in a charming neighborhood. Put on your flip flops and walk 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. The house needs a some TLC. The master bedroom bedding is not up to par, the kitchen utensils were a mix match (not even 4 matching adult forks) and it needs paint (and/or a magic eraser) as noted by previous clients. Other issues have been communicated with the owners and we are confident will be addressed. The pool is beautifully landscaped, in great condition, and a highlight of the property.

Our wonderful April stay
We just finished our stay at the property in April. We very much appreciated all of the amenities at the house. There was soap provided for every sink, paper, towels, dishwashing and laundry detergent, spices and kitchen utensils. The beach equipment and bikes were both in good condition. The ability to control the heat on the pool and hot tub was very much appreciated since we had a couple of cooler windy days while we were there. Getting entry to the house was easy and communication with Terri, the property owner, was quick and efficient via the App. Beach access was just across A1A. The wagon made it easy to cart all necessary items. In summary, the property is well-maintained, well above average, in terms of amenities, and quite easy to recommend.

This house was AMAZING! It was the first rental I have ever been in that exceeded the online descriptions. The house is so well stocked with beach gear, kitchen supplies/dinnerware, towels, even kitchen staples for cooking, books, games, etc. So spacious, but cozy. The back yard-pool-hot tub area was beyond perfect! Like a sanctuary both day and night. Wifi was exceptional as I am a remote worker and had to work (unfortunately half days)-also perfect office. Not a bad walk to the beach. one of my favorite rentals ever- we were not ready to leave!!

Snowbird Getaway
We knew exactly what we were looking for in the Vero Beach area. This property fit the bill. Everything in the property description was on point. Three minute walk to private access beach, dog friendly, wonderful back yard and heated pool. First criteria? It needs to be clean. It was. And the beach toys were perfect. Made good use of the fantastic bicycles. Terri and Craig were very welcoming and responsive. And nice neighbors to boot !!

The property is nice. It could use an interior paint job. Lots of space for the money. We loved the fact that they take big dogs! The kitchen was great. The back yard had some flooding but the owner cleaned it up promptly. The pool was nice but we didn’t use it. Loved the fact it had beach access but its a bit of a walk. My dog loved the beach! Overall I can definitely recommend it.

The perfect hideaway
The wife and our fur baby had a very relaxing week here. The location was perfect for us. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to state parks, great restaurants and shopping. The house more then met our needs. Clean, comfortable and the private pool area made our stay so easy and relaxing. Would highly recommend and would happily go back! Great Getaway away from tourists!
Fantastic pool/hot tub with screened in porch and a nice fenced yard for the dog. Timed walk takes 4:58.19 from the front porch to the beach. You can drop your items off at the private beach (through gated entry) then have family walk down. Nice being away from tourists. Make sure to check out the bay for kayaking/jet skis and the inlet for fishing!

Fabulous Family Retreat
We loved staying here! The house was wonderful and the pool was refreshing and just the right size. We enjoyed watching the blue land crabs peek out and enjoyed the lush private backyard plantings. There are a lot of things to do and the walk/drop off at the beach was so easy. We loved our stay!

Great Home and Location
This home is very comfortable and in a great location….restaurants and shopping nearby. The pool and yard are a tropical, private oasis. Beach access was also close and easy. Owner was easily reachable/accessible and addressed any issues immediately. Probably the best rental we have ever had.

The pictures don't do it justice. We have stayed at several properties in the area, and this was by far the best. Very tastefully decorated house, close to the beach and downtown Vero. Owners obviously care about the house as well as their visitors. Would be my first recommendation if visiting the Vero Beach area. If you are not a beach person there is so much to do including shopping, fine restaurants, museums just to name a few. Even the neighbors were nice, we ended meeting a couple we plan to stay in touch with.

Pool & Garden paradise
First of all. The pool and lush private gardens make this cozy home a perfect escape. Located on a private community road with access to a private beach in a quiet neighbourhood- the home is comfortable and spacious. Well appointed kitchen and lots of towels and linens. Very clean and well maintained. The heated pool is the star attraction as well as gated and fenced yard. Perfect for kids and or pets! Quick stroll across active roadway makes a perfect morning or sunset walk. Public park and kayak point 10 min walk south. A short drive to stores and shops in Vero. A perfect place to stay! Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

A Little Slice of Paradise
This property was everything we were anticipating and more. A fantastic location, just steps away from all the activities we love. The private beach is very close (one block!), and dog friendly. I’ll miss the morning beach walk. The pool and hot tub were a great, and the property is fenced in and landscaped very well to make it feel very private. It was nice to be able to let the dog roam in the backyard, while relaxing in the lanai. The rest of the house was perfect size for us, two couples with a infant, and room to accommodate guests if needed. All amenities listed were there and in working order. Lots of great recreation items in the garage, for beaching, biking, paddling. The WiFi worked great, I worked remotely while here and had no problems at all. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We really loved our stay and will be back!

Great location - a well equipped property.
We were greatly pleased with the overall location and condition of this property. Very private large pool, with the only problem here being a cranky pool heater, which worked randomly. There was a small problem with the TV service that was quickly addressed by the owners. Ocean access is a little off the beaten path but definitely worth the walk. There was a great variety of pool toys and beach equipment available. We would certainly return to the same property if we were ever in the Vero Beach area in the future. Vero Beach has a great variety of food establishments with very good food, and the house location just off A1A is remote enough to be away from the noise and traffic of the local towns north and south but close enough to those towns to make them just a short drive away.

This house by far is the best VRBO we’ve been to, and we travel often. They had everything. The house is spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. The pool was great. We enjoyed watching the little crabs that live around the pool. Plenty of floats and noodles in the garage, beach cart too. Short walk to a very quiet and calm beach. Owners are very responsive and great. We will definitely come back!

The property was amazing! Pictures do not do the house justice. Everything was very spacious for a large family. The back yard was a tropical paradise with fun blue crabs that we liked to watch from the pool when they decided to peek out. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Kitchen is very well stocked for more than what you probably need. The laundry room is clean and spacious. The house was very clean. The beach was only a short walk away and the entry way to the private beach was so beautiful! The owner responds very quickly for communication and we loved the information booklet they put together for visitors that was VERY helpful. We visited several different beaches in the area and would love to come back!

Awesome family Vaca!
Our family enjoyed our stay. Our dogs loves the fenced yard, and everyone loved the pool and screened porch. It is not on the beach, but they do not claim to be - so as long as you understand that - the walk is not bad. Although we recommend taking your chairs, tent, cooler, etc in the car and dropping them off. It is an easier walk without a bunch of weight. It took us about 8 minutes to walk, 1/3 of that is over the dunes. A car will get you to a cute walkway that opens up at the dunes. Terry was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is stocked with everything you will need.

Beautiful home!
The property is perfect for all age groups. The pool was amazing and everything was super clean. The gorgeous landscaping is breathtaking. Many surprises around the pool area. Lots of fun around the pool deck! The beach is walking distance across A1A. Super private and great for early morning and after dinner walks. If you are picky bring your own linens & pillows as there is only one set per bed and no extra blankets or pillows. The grill is awesome just tricky to get started. Had an awesome time and the house is just fantastic. Look forward to coming again!

Great place to stay! Very cleaned and well equipped. The house was very spacious! Great for a large family. I was disappointed that the grill didn’t work, but overall I would recommend it to everyone. I can’t wait to go back again! I definitely will be renting this property again!

Excellent choice for a trip to Vero Beach!
My husband, 4 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Terri's house. It's a short walk to a private, very chill, dog friendly beach and the home itself is in a quiet development - with a very secluded backyard. The layout of the house worked well for us. Large garage stocked with beach toys, 2 kayaks, pool floats and beach chairs (although tricky to use!) but space to park in. From there you enter the separate updated kitchen with 4 chairs around island bar and 4 chairs at kitchen table. New appliances and stocked with all the necessities (including toaster, blender and all utensils and spices). From there you can either go into a separate study with a couch, chair and desk, or in to the main living room / TV area which has a large leather sectional with built in recliners, love seat, recliners - seats for everyone! Down the main hallway you have the three bedrooms -one master with walk in closet and bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms with tub/shower. Linen closet stocked with both bath and beach towels and bedding if needed. From the living room step out to the large screened in porch with more seating! This leads you to large pool and adjoining hot tub with lounge chairs and ample fenced in lawn space (and outdoor grill)- all enclosed by greenery - you'd think you were miles away from anyone else! Terri really works to make you feel you comfortable and was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Vero!

We enjoyed our stay, the house had most all of what we needed was well orgainized with Nice room side and tons of closet space. Terri was very very helpful, and very nice. the neighbors were also nice as is the neighborhood. A few minor notes, the bicycles were not working but I think Terri is going to fix that, and at the time we visited there was an usual number of land crabs, they are kind of cute but do not leave the doors open, we left the garage door open and they ran in there. However my local friends tell me this is very unusual.

This place is it’s own little tropical paradise! Short 5 minute walk to a VERY private beach. Tropical landscaping around the pool was great, blue crabs in the foliage watching us swim! Our pup loved the fenced in back yard! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Fab Vero beachhouse
Loved this house and the location. From the grandparents to the college kids to the baby, everyone enjoyed it. Quiet on the island and you can get to a lot of attractions either to the north or the south easily. Terri the owner, was very helpful and was so sweet to work with and was available if w needed her. We didn't want to leave and look forward to rebooking this house in the future. The pool was one of our favorite places and the kids are still talking about it.

family reunion
We rented this property for family reunion because it was close to my parents house. Property was fairly run down as far as décor etc. Some updating could be done to master bedroom with bathroom and layout. Den was good size. Pool area good for kids. Lights for pool switches in master bedroom, not convenient. Access to private beach good! Need to let renters know they can't park inside the gate to get to beach, tow away zone. I had to ask a resident. Third bedroom for kids needed a tv in it.I contacted owner before we arrived and had quick response from her.

I'm confused as to why you thought the house decor was run down, most people enjoy the decor especially the local fruit crate labels. We recently repainted the home and did some updates to give it a more modern look. We like the footprint of the home and believe it works fine. We have three Tv's in the house, for a week stay, we believe that is acceptable. As far as beach access and not bringing the car thru the gate - that was a great suggestion and I have included it in our welcome book.

This property is fantastic. Super private and well maintained. Only reason 4/5 for description is simply the “private walk to the beach” isn’t right off the house. It only a 3 min walk. Definitely would recommend and book again.

Great place to celebrate our 30th!
My wife and I met in Vero Beach, Spring break 1982, were together almost all the way through both of us going to different colleges and we decided to go back to where it all began. The house was spacious, clean, well decorated and in a nice quite area. Pool/spa was clean & well-maintained. Back yard was very cozy and the enclosed porch was good for drying off after getting out of the pool. The nearby beaches were not busy at all, even on this 4th of July week. - -for the fireworks, parking on the 17th street bridge was the perfect place to be! If your idea of a Florida vacation is rest and relaxation, this is a great place to be!!

Fabulous Vacay!
This house has everything you need. It is clean and well stocked. The fenced in yard and the huge swimming pool were great. We went to some great restaurants ; Oceans Grill, Fishack, Kountry Kitchen and Mr. Manatees - really good food and service at all of them. The Indian River Mall has everything you might want. Don't bother with the Outlet mall. It is a short walk to the beach. We only saw a few people at the beach - the dog loved the waves. I would highly recommend this rental.
