El hotel está impecable y el staff es realmente amable.. sobretodo el Gerente del Hotel - Octaviano- es extraordinario.. fueron muy flexibles, buscando que siempre estuviéramos bien y contentos! Están construyendo la alberca que va a quedar súper bien Muy buena opción para ir a Tlaxcala !

Good Restaurant But Strong Cleanin Solution Smell!
Very nice hotel with a good restaurant for breakfast. My only complaint was that the room smelled heavily of the cleaning solution they used, so it was a very stron not pleasant smell. The room was large & te bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.

Business trip turned into cultural trip
I visited Tlaxcala as a business trip, that finished being a very rich cultural experience due to the many options that the city offered. I booked this hotel based on proximity to my meeting place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic condition, cleanliness, service and friendly staff. It's a very well appointed hotel, in the middle of all the action and with helpful, caring and warm staff. Definitely I will book again there if I need to go back, or decide to bring my family for holidays.

It can get better!
This was my second time that stay at this hotel. Unfortunately looks like the owners are not investing anymore in it and letting it down.

La tarifa con ustedes no incluyen los desayunos y me cobraron 1,380. Al cerrar la mi reservación me dice la persona de recepción que con ellos me sale la tarifa en 1,180 y con desayunos incluidos. La verdad es jamás vuelvo a contrar un hotel con ustedes, que pésimo está esto.
