Beautiful story villa, centrally located in Rosarito BC .

Beautiful story villa, centrally located in a gated community ,fast wifi internet ,easy pool access, only a few minutes from downtown Rosarito , where you will find all of the attractions Rosarito has to offer such as Papas & Beer, seafood Paradise , villa is located only 45 minutes from the US Border.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outdoors (only rooftop).

Upon suspicion of carrying/using illegal drugs of any kind, guests will be reported and asked to vacate the property immediately. No refunds will be issued.

- We kindly ask that the towels are not used for makeup removal or for anything that can permanently stain them.

Vacationers who fail to follow this rule will be subject to a penalty fee. We would appreciate.
