Perfect. Would love to return
I loved my stay here. I was travelling alone and using Granadilla as a base for a cycling trip, this hotel was prefect for me. The hotel itself has lots of charm and character, and much bigger and well equipped than the photos suggest. The best thing for me was the service - nothing was too much trouble. I was given a place to store my bike, was offered a late check out and early breakfasts, the hosts were really kind. There was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me on arrival, the hotel provides a fridge for you to store food, and there is an honesty bar that you can use and pay for drinks at the end of your visit. The breakfasts were lovely and really filling. The room was excellent value, and though the bathroom wasn't the biggest suite me fine. Bed was comfortable and the room was bright and quiet. Granadilla isn't a tourist town at all, it has a few local bars, some nearby really good restaurants and places to buy pizza and fast food - this was ideal for me.

Nice hotel 10/ 15 mins drive from coast. Not much to see in Granadilla. Breakfast realy good. Local parking good. We stayed a week. Family run hotel with friendly helpfull stsff.

Very welcoming and quaint hotel
We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We had four nights booked for a quick cycling holiday and used the hotel as a base. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help - for instance a late check out on the last day was no problem. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the fresh orange juice was delicious. The hotel is full of character and a lovely place to stay.

The gardens
Had a wonderful time in this hotel the gardens are truly magical never seen anything like it .it was far more lovely than we expected somewhere private to sit everywhere,and everywhere you look there is something . The animals especially the little dog are amazing. The hotel is very near to El Tieda and what an amazing breathtaking place to venture . I will come back here for sure.Tenerefe is a mixed bag but if you hire a car you can go to the beautiful places.you can without doubt just stay in the hotel all day just chilling. Will Definitely recommend this hotel.

magical experience
This hotel is far enough away to feel like you are in the mountains with amazing views over the ocean , yet close enough to everything you need. The place was magical with lots of character everywhere you looked . The rooms were very open again lots of character and very comfortable and clean . Felt very comfortable and safe in this hotel and the staff were very friendly ! We had amazing food ! The dinner we ate there was splendid and the breakfasts were just what we needed before we headed out to explore the island. It's not far from the airport (south) which was nice and not far from a beach and lots of restaurants. There is lots of room where we felt like we could chill around in the hotel on our own with out other guests there. The pool was just perfect to dip in after a tour around the island or a morning swim. And the orange trees in the garden probably gave me the best orange I had in my life , straight from the tree !! The hotel had free parking outside which was easy to come and go. Very quiet , very chilled out , a little piece of magic .

Pretty hotel but needs improvement
We stayed at this hotel for 7 days - it is attractive and has a small plunge pool (we were not interested in a mass tourism beach resort). It is family run - however, that does not necessarily mean 'friendly' and occasionally verges on rude and unhelpful. Garden rooms are pretty but isolated and vulnerable - especially as there are no staff available on site at night should there be any emergency. We know this as we were unlucky with an unpleasant night-time incident and believe that the hotel needs to review it's night-time provision. I would recommend rooms in the main building at the front of the hotel - these seem more secure. Wifi connection is virtually non-existent. The rooms are cold and damp (in the winter) - we had to request fresh dry towels every day in order to get round this problem. Self-service breakfast was good with plenty of fruit and juices. There are few alternatives to the hotel restaurant in the evenings - Tasca Tierras del Sur was very good. The Cafeteria Villamar (very close to Tierras del Sur) is a pretty basic bar used by locals with very friendly service, no English spoken, no menu and excellent cheap fresh grilled fish with salad and Canarian wrinkled potatoes (3€).

L'hôtel est très beau et calme mais il n'y a de l'eau chaude qu'à certaines heures, le gel douche et le champoing ne sont jamais changés (heureusement que nous en avions emportés !), les serviettes une fois en 8 jours, les repas sont chers par rapport aux restaurants équivalents de l'île et une erreur dans l'adition !

Leuk hotelletje een prima gelegen in een dorpje
Prima ligging in Tenerife. Auto wel vereist. Ontbijt valt wel wat tegen. Verder prima schoon en vooral leuk qua sfeer hotel. Beter dan zo'n mega all in inclusive complex.

Klasse Hotel mit Flair
Das Hotel ist gut vom Airport zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut und zu empfehlen. man ist mit HP gut beraten, da es in der nähe keine Lokale gibt. Speisekarte in D,GB,NL,ES. Wer Ruhe will, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Wer Strand bevorzugt ist hier leider falsch. Guter Ausgangsort für Fahrten ins innere der Insel. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Molto caratteristico il complesso rurale, camera spaziosa anche se appena arrivati aveva un odore di chiuso, pulizia molto buona. Al ristorante per la cena alla carta si mangia veramente bene, piatti della cucina locale curati, buoni e ben serviti. personale cortese ed in particolare la simpaticissima e sempre allegra Neive.La posizione per chi come noi vuol girare è ideale, fuori dalle mete convenzionali ma facilmente raggiungibile e centrale.

Wir waren nur drei Nächte da und dachten, da wir sehr nett und zuvorkommend empfangen wurden, das es schöne und erholsame Tage werden. Doch leider war das gebuchte Abendessen schon die erste Enttäuschung, bis um 24 Uhr konnte man nicht schlafen, da alle viertel Stunde die Kirchglocken läuteten und die Betten machten bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche. Beim Frühstück, was ok war aber sehr überschaulich ist, lag das verschimmelte Obst auf dem Tisch und in der Kühlvitrine. Kurz um wir haben dort nicht mehr gegessen und haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Schade fanden wir es aber sehr, da das Konzept richtig gut ist, doch es müsste sich viel mehr mit Fachwissen darum gekümmert werden.

Rustikal gemütlich
Schönes Rustikales Gebäude welches einen in ein anderes Jahrhundert verzaubert. Gut Bürgerliches Essen welches man gemütlich auch auf einer Terasse geniessen kann. War mal etwas ruhe braucht findet diese hier bestimmt.

Chouette de loger dans un petit hôtel loin des grands ensemble bétonnés qui sont foison à Ténérife. Deux petits bémol : le petit-déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h et certaines chambres donnent sur une terrasse où s'attardent certains clients bruyants et empêchent de dormir avant minuit.

Først: dette er et flott hotell! Rommet vi hadde var stort og fint, utsikten er herlig, det er en liten hage med lite basseng og maten er himmelsk. -Laget av ferske råvarer og med smaker som leker i munnen. Vi reiste med en baby og gjør nok ikke det igjen. Dette er en liten by med lite utvalg i alt, men stille og rolig. For å trives supergodt her, må du ha med tykke sokker, en ekstra genser, tåle at det er brede sprekker rundt vinduer og dører (det er et autentisk og gammelt sted) og at kirkeklokkene ringer høyt og ofte. Internett finnes ikke. Kan du, så bo her, lei bil og kos deg på hotellet på kveldstid og i Los Christianos på dagtid :)

Bon accueil à l'arrivée, chambre confortable mais propreté douteuse( drap pas changés) Cadre extraordinaire, par contre limite commercant. Nous avons pris sur place 3 jours supplémentaires, impossible d'avoir les prix de départ soit 64€ nous avons du payer les nuits suppémentaires à 75€. Pas trés cool!
