We were very disappointed in this Hampton Inn stay. I enjoy swimming each morning to start my day but the pool was not heated and water temp to cold to use BUT upon arrive we were informed pool was open dusk to dawn. Pool was not clean. It appeared the pool had not been cleaned for quite some time. We received a wake up call at 6AM when we didn't request it. When I called the front desk they stated the computer sometimes doesn't clear the previous user's request from prior stays. Hot eggs, my wife has lactose issues and cannot have cheese. When we asked, for hot eggs without cheese, we were told No, not something they do. Best Westerns have no problem providing that accommodation. Very disappointing stay.

The bathroom clearly wasn't cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub. I didnt want to walk on the carpet without shoes. The room had a musty/mildew smell.

Really appreciated the quality of service. The bfast was on time and good. The rooms were claned and the front desk was very attentive. It was in an business park and right on the flight line, but flights ended and started at a decent time, I thought.

When my wife and I travel we always search out a Hampton Inn as first priority booking. Anyway, we had checked in and received a handicap room which was ok because that may have been my fault at booking. When I entered the room (212) I couldn’t believe how “dated” it looked and very unusual for a Hampton Inn, wallpaper coming apart and the heater was controlled by a remote. We had to leave to meet some family for dinner so I could not address the issue at the time. When we returned several hours later the issue remained with the heating unit and remote. I took it down to the front lobby desk and explained the situation to the girl attending and she forwarded to the night manager I assume. She immediately said that should not be happening and asked if she could go to the room to see if she could fix the problem. After a quick diagnosis she said, this is not right and offered another room which we accepted. The next room (215) definitely meet the standards of a Hampton Inn 😁. Another person certainly noteworthy (Stephanie) was kind, courteous, my wife says adorable, is an asset to any organization.👍👍👍

The motel was great, the only downfall was flashing security on the building next door It flashed into the only window all night. And also the room needs a longer shade so you don't see the flashing light at all.

Stay and sleep is fine. That should be fine. I was asked to move my room 3 times. Staff was fabulous. Rooms Were tidy. Area = remote and busy with heavy traffic. You'll need a car for sure.

I had a work related trip in Tampa. I arrived at 1 AM and clerk was very helpful and courteous. The hotel appearance was great very clean, and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good and the complementary coffee and teas or very helpful when I arrive from work. Overall great experience at the Hampton Inn, I will continue to use them wherever I go.
